take 2
well i just spend my last hour pouring my heart into a post called "the silver lining" and maybe one day i'll get up the guts to post it, or maybe it'll never be appropriate or "politically acceptable." but can I just say that I am so excited to serve in Chile. I definitely have my fears, but with the Lord, all things are possible. And if he wants me in Chile then there is no other place I will be.
If you think about a silver lining, it is "A hopeful or comforting prospect in the midst of difficulty." And that's what everyday is, isn't it? In the midst of this difficult world, we get the hope or comforting prospect of a new day to make the difficulty all okay. So, although the clouds may seem dark, remember 2 things. "Every cloud has a silver lining" and "It's always darkest before the dawn."
love,
the little sis
