Its time...
I have no self control, whatsoever. So it is officially time to put it on my blog so I feel as if I have to do, as if I have made a promise to someone.
Dear Mandy, it's diet time.
Now it's not about the weight. Yes that's a great bonus but really... I'm surprised I'm healthy, mostly, and not on my death bed with the way I eat, and I know if I keep it up it's not too far behind. Today for instance...
I had. Bowl of frosted mini wheats, 2 brownies, a handful or two of cherries, 5 piece chicken nugget and fries from wendys, a soda from my fridge, I finished my birthday cake(a bite or two), and i also finished the ice cream. Now I do have to admit, today was well... One of those days. I woke up with an awful headache from a lot of reasons and I was miserable.... So I'm not usually this bad, but today was the ticker. I'm going to be better starting now. And for me, the only way to do that is to have rules. Can's and can't's. Yes it's dramatic but since i have no self control it'll have to do.
I cannot eat:
Ice-cream
Soda
Deep fried anything
Oreos
Baked goods
Sugar candies (fruity things, skittles starbursts etc.)
... Chocolate.
Things I must eat everyday:
9-a-day packet (vitamin packet)
3+ vegetables
5+ very large glasses of water
Whatever other vitamin pills my dad decides to give me
Protein (size of palm)
I must exercise daily. I'm not dancing anymore. Nike Mandy, Nike.
Now if this sounds completely psycho, don't tell me. Just pretend it's normal and cheer me on. Oh and if you see me being tempted by my cannot list, help me.
